Facing it.
Two things:
We’re “facing’ the short-but-often-bleak month of February. My cure has been for the last 4 years, a poem a day that I illustrate and send to you. It’s that time again! I hope you’ll play with me. If you have participated before, you are already on the special list; no need to sign up again. (If you would like to sign off, please send me a note or comment below and I’ll remove you.) If you haven’t yet played with me to enjoy 28 enticing poems from people famous and not, (and some from me), sign up here. I’d LOVE LOVE to have you!
In lieu of repeating myself, I have the link from last year’s announcement here .

If you would like to see the illustrated poems from previous years, you can find them under “Collections” at the top of the site.
2. I have been drawing faces again this month. It’s one of my favorite things to do. Here are a few faces from the Seattle Times this month. Some names you will recognize, some not.
