Faces in the newspaper

Today, an athlete, an actor, and TWO prime ministers made the news. At the bottom, you can watch a speeded up video of one of the drawings. I really enjoy this process; I’ve done it before here.

Ah, yes, keen eyes will see a difference between this and the original in the sketchbook below. It was my feeble attempt to improve James here digitally. It still doesn’t look like him. Handsome, perfect faces are really hard for me to draw! I need a little quirky.

Not sure why I made his mouth blue. And really, although the hair is spot on, not so much elsewhere, but close enough, eh?
