A Heart-y Coming Attraction...
I have some Valentine-y news for you…
But before we get to that, here’s another Difference-Maker born on this date. Unlike most of the others in this collection, I did know of Elizabeth Blackwell, and, in fact, when I taught upper elementary school science, I made sure the kids heard her name and claim to fame. Read or listen to her story; she truly did pave the way for other women to become doctors. There’s a good video on the sidebar to the right.
