In the local paper (Seattle Times, July 15) is this article on new public art by Shephard Fairey, he of the Obama HOPE poster fame, and a few quotes I particularly enjoyed seeing. 

Reman (the site developer) said. “I’m a big arts fan and supporter — visual arts, music — and was thinking about how to use the building, lobby, even the garage as a bit of a resource to present art to the community.
