My name is Diane Moline and I work and play in One Red Chair Studio, a sunny room in our home. I live in Bonney Lake, Washington, near Seattle, in the great Pacific Northwest.  I am a mixed media artist, a retired educator, a small-business owner, an inveterate traveler, and roommate of two cats and husband Bob. They hang out in the studio with me on the chair that serves as a depository for everything but sitting. I’ve blogged since 2008 and have built this larger site to reflect my lifelong love of All Things Arts. I hope it reflects my passion for making and appreciating art and artists since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I make a lot of things in a lot of ways with a lot of different tools, and I especially enjoy the variety that mixed media offers. I sell annual calendars of my artwork as well as commissioned pet and people portraits. (The Shop has details.) I am happy to be living in an age where we can share and enjoy so much art, meet so many artists, and have so many ways to express our own creativity.
